Suspend & Re-issue — Workflow

A live permit can be suspended and later re-issued. This is a loop: the permit leaves Live, is suspended, re-issued and re-opened, then returns to Live. Click a status to open the task that handles it.

The reason of suspension splits the path into Revalidation (normal) and For Test (de-isolation for test). The dashed red arrow shows the cycle returning to Live.
